Here’s my take on the House of Angostura cocktail. 3-4 fresh mint leaves 2 oz white rum 3 oz portugal, tangerine, or mandarin orange juice 1/2 oz lime juice club soda (soda water) dash Angostura bitters
2. Stir in the citrus juices, then add a splash of club soda on top. Finish with a dash of bitters. 3. Garnish with a segment of portugal or tangerine and a sprig of mint. Makes 1 drink. Tip: Depending on the sweetness of your juice, you may need to add a hit of sugar syrup. |
